Character Class/Work Schedule/Information: Works: Periodically MTSa at the Tea Leaf, and WTF at Jam Pony Couriers, Della Rosa.
Character Description: Kiki, at 18 years of age, has reached her full height which is: petite. She dresses in the traditional black for witches, but, taking a cue from her favorite demon, Crowley, black is very classy and quite fine in a fashionable cut - so gone is the old shapeless smock of a dress. However, she still sports her beloved red shoes and a girlish red bow holds her black-brown hair out of her face. Kiki is astonishingly cheerful and optimistic, to the point of being naive at times (she blushes wildly at any mention of s-e-x, for example), and she is often quick to trust people and put faith in them. However, she is neither witless or gullible, in spite of her kind-hearted willingness to always give the benefit of the doubt.
Special Character Powers/Abilities: Kiki's primary ability and true delight is flying - on her broomstick, naturally, which she made herself. As her familiar, she can converse with Jiji, an equally petite (he prefers the term 'svelte') young tomcat born the same day as Kiki. Even at 18, Jiji appears a young cat, as his magical bond with Kiki ensures that his life will equal hers in length. While at Fandom High, Kiki discovered that she was strong in transfiguration magic and divination magic - but far less adept at conjurations and illusions. Just ask her about the avocados sometime.
Character History (Movie Canon): Kiki was originally born in the tiny town of Karikya, where she was raised by her mother, Kokiri, and her father, Okino. When she was 13, she followed the tradition for witches and set out to spend a year living by herself in a witch-less town, training her craft and honing her skills. Kiki settled in the seaside city of Koriko and since, at the time, her only skill was flying, she set up a delivery service to serve the people. She lived with a baker and his wife during that year, running her business out of their bakery in exchange for working there while she lived in a small attic room. She had a bit of a rocky beginning: money was very tight, she fell ill after flying through a rainstorm to deliver a gift from a grandmother to a rude and ungrateful granddaughter, and the stress of juggling her new life actually caused her to lose her powers for a time. However, after a small vacation and a restoration of her confidence, Kiki regained her powers just in time to save her flight-obsessed friend Tombo from falling to his death.
